Personal Life/Work Experience

I've lived and worked in South Metro Denver for over 27 years!  I've been married to my husband Erik since 2004.  We enjoy entertaining friends and family at our home in Castle Rock.  We have two dogs, Rufus (a Belgian Malanois/Sharpei mix) and Bonnie (a fox look-alike) and a cat named Boo Boo New Kitty. 

I've been in real estate since 2002 when I was part of a large managerial layoff from a telecom company.  I thank my lucky stars every day because now I have a career that I love!

I have over 7 years experience in real estate. In that time, I have been lucky to assist over 200 buyers in finding their perfect home.  I have lots of expertise with all types of buyers:  first-time, move-up and empty-nesters.   

 Even though I started as a buyer's agent, I quickly grew my business as a power listing agent.  I'm quite proud of my track record...  even in this tough market my listings sell in an average of 47 days for 98.7% of their sales price.  I am dedicated to helping sellers determine their proper selling price, marketing their home effectively utilizing multiple websites and mailings, and ensuring the home's best features are properly highlighted. 

I'm also very detail oriented, and make sure that every last detail in the homebuying and homeselling process is completed. 

I find this business to be extremely exciting and challenging, but it can be fun too!  (Life is too short to not have fun...)  If you are in the market for a real estate agent, I'd love to apply for the job!
