Personal Life/Work Experience
I've lived and worked in South Metro Denver for over 30 years! I've been married to my husband Erik since 2004. We enjoy entertaining friends and family at our home in Castle Rock. We have two dogs, Rufus (a Belgian Malanois/Sharpei mix) and Bonnie (a fox look-alike). We have also just become salt-water aquarists and are working on our first 29-gallon nano reef.
I've been in real estate since 2002 when I was part of a large managerial layoff from a telecom company. I thank my lucky stars every day because now I have a career that I love!
I have over 9 years experience in real estate. In that time, I have been lucky to assist hundreds of buyers in finding their perfect home. I have lots of expertise with all types of buyers: first-time, move-up and empty-nesters and relocations.
Even though I started as a buyer's agent, I quickly grew my business as a power listing agent. I'm quite proud of my track record... even in this tough market my listings sell in an average of 49 days for 96% of their list price. I am dedicated to helping sellers determine their proper selling price, marketing their home effectively utilizing multiple websites and mailings, and ensuring the home's best features are properly highlighted.
I'm also very detail oriented, and make sure that every last detail in the homebuying and homeselling process is completed.
